Quick One

It's quiet here as Shiloh studies for a Latin test, Cora looks up vocabulary words, the two younger girls rest, and the boys sleep. This is a quick vignette from this morning's schooling:

Jackson Valentine is doing a great job with "Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons." This morning he read the word "sat" without any help. I was so amazed that I think I went overboard, praising him and giving him high fives and telling him I thought he was awesome. He just tilted his head, pursed his lips just so, and said, matter-of-factly, "Yeah, it's because I'm Superman." He's humble, isn't he? :)
