Jackson's Observation

Hello, all!
Are you having snow today, too? It's simply beautiful! We were decorating our tree today, so it was perfect to watch the falling snow and listen to Christmas music. The kids and Daddy went outside to make a snowman, and pictures will follow. It's a very friendly snowman. :) They played hard outside and came in frozen and ready for hot chocolate.

Here was Jackson's observation later in the day after I had them take a reading-and-rest-time (which turned into a nap for 3 out of 6):
Jackson: "I had a really, really good nap!!"
Me: "That's great! You know why? Because you got so much fresh air and exercise today."
Jackson (with a "duh" voice): "No, Mommy. It's because I CLOSED MY EYES."
